Miguel was excellent! If he were an independent contractor, I would definitely call him again. However, I was not happy with power pro’s business model. Pricing was outrageous. They should have a method of setting prices directly with Home Depot so that decisions can be made at time of purchase. I was shocked to hear double the price of what Home Depot staff estimated and what Lowe’s actually sells as a fixed rate. Luckily prices was reduced to what I expected…but I still did not appreciate being put on the spot. It bothers me to know that other customers might accept the inflated prices because of a desperate situation. I also did not appreciate the use of your visit to try to upsell the maintenance agreement. Suggestion….Give it to the customer After the contracted work is done. I felt that I was put on the spot having to make that decision at the same time as agreeing to the original service.

Second time using their services have not been disappointed excellent service will use them again. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I like that he was wearing a uniform and cleaned up his work area when he was finished . Technician reviewed repair with me after completion and made sure I satisfied.

Miguel was on time and efficient. He took the time to explain the water heater flushing process to me. Very friendly service. Will definitely use Power Pro Plumbing again.
