Outstanding service!

Ozzie performed wonderful work replacing my water heater (which it turned out was 30 years old and beginning to make popping sounds regularly). He explained the sounds, and the risks of inaction, so I decided to do the replace. Ozzie was doubly helpful in clearing away items that were interfering with the space and access he needed to do his work. PowerPro recently installed a drainage tube for the pressure relief valve that he had to re-route (bummer) because of the re-installation of the tank. Throughout the work, he answered any questions that I asked about the work he was doing, and he made sure I did a 'look-over' when he was done. Excellent service..........

Jovanie was very personable was very patient when faced with a difficult garbage disposal installation. He had to figure out a fix for making our pipe configuration fit with a new larger garbage disposal.

This was the first time that when I was given a time window, PowerPro actually called and arrived in the middle of the window (not at the end). The call was for a 'frozen' kitchen faucet. Arnulfo assessed not only the faucet, but other areas (including hot water heater). When he encountered another problem he fixed that one without hesitation, but kept me informed throughout the process with options and consequences. He replaced my old faucet with a modern kitchen faucet (I'm still getting used to it -- I liked the way the old one worked), tested everything, and IT WORKS!!

Michael Velazouez was our service person. He was at all times polite. Got right to work and check everything. He was one of the men who had installed our new furnace. So far the furnace works very well.
